Tylo was born in Brazil and came to the United States when in 1982. Ever since leaving Brazil, traveling has become one of Tylo's biggest passions in life and has made Tylo become the person he is today. Having traveled extensively throughout the world, his most influential trip was a safari in South Africa. Tylo’s interest in real estate began when he bought his first home while he was attending the Kansas City Art Institute. At the time of the purchase, the house was under construction providing the opportunity for Tylo to work side by side with contractor. Make the finishing choices for his new home sparked his interest in real estate. Later, when he placed his house on the market, the decisions he made during the development paid off leading to Tylo successfully flipping his first house. His house sold much faster and at a higher price than any of the other homes on the market.
After realizing the great potential in real estate, Tylo moved to California to create and build his own real estate business where he could best utilize his house marketing skills. Currently Tylo works to support the homeless and is a proud partner of the ANGEL FOOD NETWORK where 1,200 meal are made daily for AIDS patients.
